YALSA Announces Teen Book Awards!

Start off the New Year with a Resolution to read some of the award-winners that will be announced this month!

Check out the Alex, Edwards, Printz, Nonfiction, Odyssey all coming in January from the YALSA (Young Adult Library Services Awards)

• Morris (Nonfiction) Award created for 2010 includes a video trailer contest due January 17, 2010
• Alex Award for Adult literature that appeals to teen readers.
• The Michael L. Printz award is annual recognition for a book that exemplifies the best in YA literature.
• Odyssey award is for the best producer of an audiobook for children or YA.
