Read Across America is a national day celebrating reading---sponsored by the National Education Association and California Teachers Assocation along with the California School Library Association and others who promote the importance of literacy.
Reading is a window to the world. As Dr. Seuss stated, "reading takes you places." Join your Taft library on Friday at lunch for a special celebration of Dr. Seuss' "oh, the places you will go."
Everyone can celebrate! Choice your own and have a read-in.
